Manohar Lal Khattar assumes responsibility as Power Priest

New Delhi [India], June 11 Previous Boss Priest of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar expected charge as Power Clergyman on Tuesday.

ML Khattar has been given charge of two services in the Narendra Modi-drove bureau - Power and Lodging and Metropolitan Issues Services.

Khattar has supplanted RK Singh who lost decisions from Arrah in Bihar.

In a post in Hindi on X, Manohar Lal Khattar expressed, "Assumed responsibility as Association Power Pastor today. Under the effective initiative of State leader Narendra Modi, the Service of Energy will persistently work for 'Created India'."

Manohar Lal Khattar won from Karnal overcoming Congress' Divyanshu Budhiraja by an edge of 232577 votes. Khattar was the Central Priest till Spring this year when the Bharatiya Janata Party abruptly decided to drop him from the post and field him for the Lok Sabha.

He was supplanted by Nayab Singh Saini as the Central Priest.

Khattar, a previous Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh pracharak has filled in as the Central Priest for two terms from October 2014 and has been addressing Karnal Regulative Get together beginning around 2014.

In the 2019 Vidhan Sabha races, he crushed Congress' Tarlochan Singh by an edge of 45,188 votes. In 2014, Khattar won against Free Competitor Jai Parkash Gupta by an edge of 63,773 votes.

Khattar was the Hierarchical General Secretary of the BJP in Haryana during 2000-2014 and began the distribution of Bhajpa Ki Baat magazine in October 2000.

BJP-drove Public Majority rule Collusion has won its third progressive term in Lok Sabha surveys. The NDA won 293 seats in the Lok Sabha surveys with BJP getting 240 seats.
