Seven Wings Katta sparks dialogue on Pune’s traffic, pollution woes

Pune: Amid growing concern over traffic congestion, rising pollution and other civic issues in Pune, a social dialogue platform titled ‘Seven Wings Katta’ held an interactive discussion on Saturday aimed at encouraging constructive public discourse.

The event was held at House of Churros, Anandnagar, Kothrud, between 5 pm and 6.15 pm. The forum served as a space for thought, dialogue and social awareness, bringing together participants to discuss social, political and educational issues impacting urban life.

According to the organisers, the discussion focused on city’s challenges, particularly related to traffic management and environmental problems, and also covered broader questions related to governance and public responsibility.

Shiv Sena leader Raghunath Kuchik was invited as the chief guest who stressed on solutions and offering citizens with traffic free roads. Organisers said the intent behind involving public representatives was to facilitate direct dialogue between citizens and leadership through open discussion.

The initiative was organised by Sangita Tiwari and Neelima Khandale, who said the forum aimed to create a positive, solution-driven space where ideas could be exchanged freely in the larger interest of society.
