Shraddha Kapoor and RajKummar Rao's film 'Stree 2' has achieved significant success at the box office

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], August 16 (ANI): The Shraddha Kapoor and RajKummar Rao-led film 'Stree 2' has made an impressive debut at the Box Office.

According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the movie garnered Rs 55.40 crore in India on its first day.

August 15 was an exciting day for Akshay Kumar's fans. On Independence Day, Khiladi Kumar not only released 'Khel Khel Mein' but also made a special appearance in the horror-comedy 'Stree 2'.

'Stree 2' hit theaters on Thursday morning and received positive feedback from both critics and audiences. Notably, Akshay Kumar's special appearance in the film has been widely praised.

Directed by Amar Kaushik, 'Stree 2' also features a special cameo by actor Varun Dhawan. Based on audience reviews so far, 'Stree 2' is being touted as "full paisa vasool."

The original 'Stree' was released in 2018 and became a hit. The sequel was released in theaters on August 15. The phrase "Oo Stree Kal Aana" from the movie has become a popular meme.

'Stree 2' is currently competing at the box office with 'Khel Khel Mein' and 'Vedaa'.
