Sinhgad fort to remain closed for tourists on May 29!

Pune: City's popular tourist destination, Sinhgad Fort, is said to remain completely closed to visitors on Thursday, May 29.

Reason shared by the authorities included, "Ongoing maintenance work and safety measures. Hence, visitors are advised to avoid planning trips to the fort on that day.” 

The decision was announced on Tuesday and is also said to be influenced by alleged concerns over heavy rainfall in the region.
